What is BODYBALANCE?

BODYBALANCE is a blend of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates, set to carefully curated music. Created by Les Mills International, this 55-minute class takes you through a series of movements designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and sense of calm. What makes it special is how it combines physical challenge with mental relaxation — something I had never experienced in other workouts.

One fascinating aspect is that BODYBALANCE classes are synchronized worldwide. Whether you’re in the US, Asia, or Europe, you’ll experience the same choreography and music, creating a sense of global community.
